Programme Structure & Delivery

The programme is organised into 4 Series, each containing 2 half-day Workshops. The Series are sequenced to build capability progressively — beginning with governance and accountability, moving through operational HR practice, and culminating in performance capability and organisation-wide development.
Series Title Focus Workshops Audience
Series 1 Foundations of People Management HR and manager roles, decision rights, people governance and execution standards 1 – 2 HR + HODs
Series 2 Core HR Operations Hiring, onboarding, people policies, performance process and documentation standards 3 – 4 HR Only
Series 3 Managing People Effectively Performance management, attendance, discipline, early intervention and people conversations 5 – 6 HR + HODs
Series 4 Role Clarity & People Development Organisation-wide role clarity, career pathways, development planning and learning readiness 7 – 8 HR + HODs
Note on Audience Design Series 2 (Core HR Operations) is designed exclusively for the HR team. These workshops address internal HR systems, documentation practices, and operational processes that are the direct responsibility of HR professionals. Department Heads are deliberately excluded from these sessions to allow the HR team to build operational depth in a focused environment. Series 1, 3, and 4 include Department Heads, as these topics require alignment, shared understanding, and joint accountability between HR and line leadership.
