Programme Structure & Delivery

The programme consists of five (5) comprehensive modules delivered over six (6) months. Each module is delivered over two days with six weeks between modules for workplace application and integration.

Support & Coaching Structure

In addition to the 10 training days, participants receive structured support throughout their development journey:

  • Group Progress Sessions (2 sessions): Small group conversations (4-5 participants) after Modules 2 and 4 to share implementation experiences and problem-solve together
  • Individual Check-In (Mid-Program): 30-45 minute one-on-one conversation after Module 3 to review progress, address challenges, and adjust development focus
  • Value Demonstration Review: 30-minute individual conversation after Module 5 where participants present evidence of capability development and business impact
  • Cohort Support Network: WhatsApp/Telegram group for peer support, micro-learning content, and cohort connection between modules

Assessment & Programme Completion

This program uses continuous assessment focused on real workplace application — not exams or theory tests.

To successfully complete the program, participants must:

  • Demonstrate readiness for higher HR responsibilities

Certification & Outcomes

Participants who meet all requirements will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion from UCORE
